There’re many ways that you can find a course of study or an education provider in Australia.
The most common is to find a registered agent to help you.
The agents will have knowledge of a lot of schools and the processes involved.
Depending on your country of passport and your chosen course you will be graded an assessment level by the Department of immigration.
At the moment there are 3 assessment levels
There are different criteria for applying for the visa depending on the assessment level.
If you are assessed as a level 1 then the visa chances would be the highest, the level 2 and the level 3 would be the hardest.
The Department of Immigration set the levels on applicants based on the risk that the applicant might overstay their visa or work more hours illegally while in Australia.
There are also exceptions when it comes to Streamlined Visa Processing and there are specific courses of study that you will need to study to apply through this process
